• Masterpiece ART is determined to Encourage people to be involved in this Ministry of Igniting Creativity and Developing Relationship.
• Masterpiece ART is committed to being Accountable to the LOCAL CHURCH as well as to be answerable to the Pastoral Leadership.
• Masterpiece ART desires to Minister to those on the TEAM as well as to the one's it serves.

The TEAM part of the AREA of MINISTRY stands for putting the Prayer and Bible to use! For the purpose of Igniting Creativity and Developing Relationships.

T - Training (is about daily Discipline!)

E - Encouragement (is about building relationships!)

A - Accountability (is about sharing!)

M - Ministering (is about meeting needs!)

Modeling
TEAM members learn by modeling a lifestyle as well as artistic skill. It's "do" as "I do."

Sharing
TEAM members share responsibilities, concerns, and skills with each other so they can pass it on to others.

Growing
Through daily devotion, prayer, and puting it into action... TEAM members grow physically, artistically, creatively, and spiritually! If they put the TEAM into action in their every day lives... growth is the result! They get closer to each other as well as to the Lord. TEAM is a win-win situation.

• Apprentice: is made up of teens or people who are unconfident in their artistic or ministry skill. (They're Learning!)
• Professional: is made up of artists who work in the profession or parents of teens on the A TEAM. (They're Overseers!)
• Church: is made up of Pastors and Lay people who wish to oversee the overseers! (They're the Heart!)

Altogether, the TEAM is really the BODY of Christ coming together to Ministry Creatively, effectively and efficiently as the Bible says we should do daily! That's why we are not a church! We're the body!

And it's all overseen by the local church! It's ministry in action.

Apprentice - Are the hands of the ministry. They are the frontline warriors. They are the "hands on" people who actually carry out the events of this ministry. They are Learning on the Job... and are the one's most of our clubbers, campers, and clients see.

Professional - Are the eyes of the ministry. They are the behind-the-scene players. Showing the A-TEAM how to carry out their tasks to the BEST of their ability. P-TEAM can see problems coming before they happen and adjust this ministry to adjust to the circumstances.

Church - Is the heart of the ministry. They are people who know the BEAT of ministry. They Oversee the P-TEAM and know the feel of the Whole ministry. Accountability, Encouragement, and Ministry is the actual heartbeat of this TEAM. Also Prayer!

TEAM is exactly what it says... training, encouragement, accountability, and ministering! It's about... Teamwork on the playing field of life!

As with all TEAMS there are positions... captains, players, specialty players, and rookies:
Players: carry out the ministry!
Captains: lead players into ministry!
Specialty players: Carry out special tasks!
Rookies: are new players!

TEAMWORK involves meetings, practice, skills, and sometimes a lot of blood, sweat, and tears!

But as a TEAM we also need to care for TEAM Mates... Because we are all on the SAME TEAM!
